WW2 Deutsche Reichsbahn 40-Year Service Presentation Award Plaque 1944

Original and beautifully detailed WWII German National Railway (Deutsche Reichsbahn) 40-year loyalty presentation plaque. This high-relief metal plaque was awarded to a railway employee deep into the wartime period.
* Design & Relief Graphics: The upper half features a prominent Reichsadler eagle flanked by a streamlined steam locomotive (left) and an electric passenger train (right). The centerpiece depicts a massive, masterfully rendered Class 01 or 44 heavy steam locomotive.
